Mobile sim not recieved on big bundle oomph

Hi,

 

I am a new customer and i haven't recieved the sim as yet. I ordered the package on 1st of Feb. I had a chat with customer services and they gave me a number to call but the person i spoke to was very rude. He was not helpful at all. How can i get my sim posted? Can someone from Virgin media help me. I am not getting anywhere and i am feeling very frustrated

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you hadn't received your Sim a when calling you found the agent to be rude and didn't help.

 

In regards to your experience when calling this really isn't something we expect from our agent's and this will be looked into. I have been able to locate your account with the details we have for you and it looks like you have spoken to us since your last post.

 

 

How are things now have you been able to get this resolved and received your Sim card?
