I've been with Virgin for a few weeks and have not had any 4G signal at home at all. According to the map I should have excellent reception which is why i went with Virgin. In fact I can't even get 3G. I cannot even verify the app because of the signal. We had a power cut during the storms the other night and I had no phone because of this signal issue. I can't get anyone to speak to/email or even on webchat. How do i even complain?
