Mobile signal problem

I live in the Peterborough area and normally have 4G and 5 outdoors. But over the last few days I’ve noticed I’m only getting 3G. 
Could this have anything to do with the switching to O2?

Any advice please

The switch was four months back.

More likely a fault  Have a look at

That link only goes Virgin Media no way to check mobile.

Looks like the team are aware of it and making improvements. 

Fingers crossed you know a difference soon. 

Only thing we can advise is connecting to the nearest Wi-Fi.
