Mobile says I’m in Belgium

Tried to ring boss & clients today and kept receiving a foreign voicemail. Seems my mobile is registered in Belgium for some reason even though I’m in north of England.

seen similar posts but no solutions, tried everything that others were asked to do, no change…help!

Strange to see your mobile phone being marked down as in Belgium, has this continued today?

 

Have you been able to try the SIM card in a different device to see if the error re-occurs?

I read on an iPhone site that changing my location to Belgium then back to UK would work.

tried it and it did….for now anyway 👍

I can confirm the link given out by @newapollo is one VIPs have been directing people to for some time. I did it for two customers just last week. It is certainly one Team Members should keep in their arsenal as the Belgian problem / numbers in wrong format are a perennial problem.
