Hi! My old EE number was due to porting yesterday but apparently I can only make phone calls but messaging and call entering are not working at all. Could you please check when I will have my number ported at whole? I need this as I have to make payments that require phone verification.

Hi Lisa, Just a quick update on the status of this post. I’ve contacted customer service who very helpfully and friendly have resolved my problem almost immediately. Really happy and satisfied with the response. 😊
