Mobile phone

I have a Nokia 1100 PAY AS YOU GO mobile phone which I have use since about 2003 for texts and the occasional call. I have now received your new SIM which I was assured over the phone would work, but I get the message SIM NOT VALID. Reading comments online I gather there is no hope of this SIM working in my old phone. I don't want to loose the phone or the £10 credit, what should I do?

Hi VMC7, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that the new SIM isn't working with your Nokia 1110, I can appreciate the concern. 

Due to the age of the handset it is unlikely to be compatible with our new SIM cards, I can only apologise if you were advised otherwise. 

We could look for the unlocking code but I can't promise if it will work should we find it. 

We do have a few options so due to the experience I'm going to pop you a personal message to discuss this further.
