Mobile phone stolen. Deactivate my sim please!

On Thursday evening, my mobile phone was stolen from me.
I want the sim card deactivated, and then a pac code so I can transfer the number to a new phone when I can get a replacement.
I tried following the advice on this page but the reporting form is down, and when texting from a relative's phone I never got a reply.

Please could a member of Virgin's team get in touch?

Re: Mobile phone stolen. Deactivate my sim please!

Hi Jewellds,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you're phone has been stolen, hope everything is OK?

I'll be sending you a PM shortly to get your account details and to clear data protection.

Cheers,

Corey C
