I've now tried twice to use the mobile phone repair service (for a Samsung A40 phone that won't charge or power on). But on each occasion the returns pack hasn't been sent out. It is 2 weeks since my original request, and 1 week since the follow up - which involved spending an hour with an online agent painstakingly going through all of the information I'd entered online a week before (when surely it would've been simple to just take my repair reference number and reprocess it). This simply isn't good enough. How is it not possible to get a returns pack out to my home address?!?
