I ordered a new mobile and contract and received an email saying I would be called by someone from virgin to progress the order. I never received a call and in the meantime am not sure that the option to pay an extra £3 a month for airphones is included in my order. I was hoping to sort this out when I was called but haven’t received a call and can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone via any of the contact numbers or customer service numbers in the emails I received or online.
