My mobile phone is not working and hasn’t been for the past 2 days, I cannot call or text unless I am on a WiFi network. I have not had a new SIM card or been told that I need a new SIM card! I spoke to a virgin media representative last week, to put me on the right package, I have not received the SIM card for my new deal! Really poor service and situation in the current situation where my mobile phone is a lifeline to the wider family! Could anyone help me as I have been unable to get in touch with Virgin Mobile?!
