Mobile phone not working

My mobile phone is not working and hasn’t been for the past 2 days, I cannot call or text unless I am on a WiFi network. I have not had a new SIM card  or been told that I need a new SIM card! 
I spoke to a virgin media representative last week, to put me on the right package, I have not received the SIM card for my new deal! Really poor service and situation in the current situation where my mobile phone is a lifeline to the wider family! Could anyone help me as I have been unable to get in touch with Virgin Mobile?!

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that your phone hasn't been working for a few days now and I can fully appreciate the concern caused. 

Can you expand a little, have we given you another SIM card as part of your cable package?

If you've changed your mobile package we wouldn't require a new SIM to be sent unless you were on one of our older SIM's. 

I'll pop you a message though so we can have a better look and get things sorted.
