I had a problem receiving calls about one week ago when incoming calls went straight to voicemail. I tried disabling voicemail and everything went back to "normal" but now I can't receive incoming calls again.
I have a Ulefone Note 12P which is just over one month old and I'm on a Ultimate SIM only deal where I have unlimited Data, Calls and Texts.

There's no ring tone and it just goes to prerecorded message along the lines of "The person is unable to take your call. Try later" I thought it was something like "Do not disturb" had been set by mistake but when I checked it wasn't. However I thought that I may as well set "Do Not Disturb" and then unset it and see what would happen. Oddly I could get calls again. This has been the second problem I've had and then the calls were going straight to voicemail about 2 weeks ago. This was "fixed" by me disabling voicemail for the phone. Not satisfactory but I put it down to extended time it was taking to connect when calling and assume it was due to the wait time activating voicemail for people calling my phone.

Hi @Callinder,
Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm very sorry to hear you're facing some issues receiving calls on your mobile handset. What happens exactly when someone tries to call you? Are your text and data services working okay?
Thanks,

Thanks for coming back to us Callinder - to confirm has this been fixed since setting do not disturb and then unsetting it? Kind regards,

Yes but my "solution" was a bit weird. BTW my Avatar is of me aged 18 and that was over 50 years ago. I worked in IT when DOS was the desktop O/S but luckily I was on Unix admin. Oddly as things have been made more "user friendly" everything in IT has just got weirder with problems becoming stranger and fixes often not really making sense. Oh well!
