I'm looking for help to seek a resolution to a mobile phone fraud.
On Tuesday 22nd June I received by courier x2 Virgin Money mobile phones. I did not order these and my suspicions were confirmed after a different courier tried to collect them 45 minutes after they were delivered. I have read about this type of fraud and the main advice was to not hand over the packages. They are still in my possession.
I called Virgin Mobile support and was told to wait 48hrs for a call but have read these matters can continue for days and weeks.
I was wondering if you can help progress this matter ? I have all the relevant details.
