Even when I have full number of bars the person at the other end of my call starts breaking up very badly (even if they're on a landline so it's not their phone). There is no problem with the sound on any of my apps or on Whatsapp calls, only phone calls.
I've read on various forums that I should contact my service provider which is you.
My phone is an Honor 10 lite and although I've had the phone for 2 years this problem is new.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with calls on your Mobile.
I am unable to locate your account. Can you confirm if you have been able to speak with a Mobile agent regarding this?
Can you also confirm if you have been able to try the SIM card in a different handset since the issue started?

I haven't been able to speak to an agent as I can't find a number to call on the website!
Also I don't have another handset to try the SIM.
