Every month Virgin take two payments out of my account for my mobile phone. One of these is detailed in the billing section so that's fine. the other one is for a fixed £10. What is this for and how can I get in touch with anyone from Virgin to actually discuss it!

Sorry for any confusion around the billing. Can you confirm as the fantastic @JitteryPinger has suggested, that you have one of our Freestyle contracts? That is when you pay for your tariff and take out an up front finance agreement to purchase your handset. If this is not the case please do get back to me on here and I will be very happy to look into it on your behalf.
