Mobile phone bill

  • My son has a sim only plan yet there has been a higher amount taken from my account today, I cant access anything online as the site keeps crashing. I've attempted to re-register but the security question that you want an answer too doesn't appear, so I couldn't possibly know what it is you're asking me!! 

Ive phoned a few times this morning but i keep getting the closed pre-recorded message. Ive checked the app and that doesn't give me anymore information either could somebody maybe get in contact with me to find out why ive been charged an extra £27 this month?

Have you been able to check the bill since posting? If not, the registration answer is the same one as the account memorable word you'd give when calling us.
