For several weeks I have been unable to make out going calls nor get incontact with any virgin mobile support.
I am able to make and receive text messages as well as receive calls however after dialling a given number 3 tones are sounded followed by a disconnection from the line. This problem is pervasive throughout different phones.
I have read this problem is diffuse throughout the virgin network and that they are aware of the issues. I have also read that those suffering are in fact entitled to compensation however I am unable to confirm that due to virgin mobiles totally inadequate support system. I would advise anyone contemplating using any of Virgin's services to stay well clear.
