Hi, Can anyone let me know what is going on my mobile order? I’m guessing it’s parked like everyone else’s seems to be but I can’t log onto my account as my password didn’t save and I don’t have a virgin number
I presume you've failed the credit check, you can have a perfect score and still get denied. This is something virgin mobile are renowned for. You can either call them to get this confirmed but be prepared for a 45 minute wait, or try the chat feature on the website.
