Mobile order parked

Hi, 

I placed a virgin mobile order yesterday and have been advised that it has been parked - I'm just wanting to find out what the reason for this is and when I can expect to receive my mobile device? I am currently without a phone so am unable to contact customer service via phone and haven't received and information about my order apart from that it has been parked.
