I’ve switched to virgin media and brought my number forward from my old network. It still hasn’t switched across and I’m expecting an important call today from the hospital but they won’t be able to get in touch with me!
Hi Roakley301, this would be done by a PAC - port authorisation code, can you confirm when this was given? The number would usually be ported the following day if done Monday to Thursday. Please let us know if you still need assistance with this? ^Chris
