Mobile number porting

Hi, I have just joined virgin today and tried to contact 789 to give my PAC code and move my old number to virgin but the call center is closed due to the covid virus so i tried searching the mobile app for more information but found nothing and have tried to have a web chat and answered all of the automated questions and was told I would be transferred to someone who would deal with the number porting but have not been connected yet and have been waiting for over two hours, could anyone suggest another way to sort this out please.

Hi Enlli, I have set up my account using the virgin mobile app, would I need the visit the website for more options?

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my mobile account, I've tried calling 789 but every option says the call center is closed, when I try to login it says I may not have registered, when I try to register I get stuck on the recaptcha box and keep going round and round and it suggests that if I'm having problems logging in I need to contact 789. Please help

That recaptcha problems has been coming up for weeks. Poor really
