Mobile number not transferred

It’s been 2 weeks since pac code was provided, number still not transferred. Can anyone help please?

Really sorry you've been having some issues with your PAC, this isn't good. 
 

We have been made aware of some delays, so I'm really keen to help with this and ensure we get it sorted as soon as possible.
