Mobile number intermittently changes

Recently moved my number to virgin mobile. Since then, some calls and texts display my old number, which is great, but some show my new number. Also, some incoming calls don't reach me.

I'm using an iphone 12 pro

Sorry though to hear about the above issues 

Can yoyu see if this fixes the issue

Go to Settings.

1. Tap Phone.
2. Tap My Number.
3. Use the delete button to remove the old number.
4. Use the keypad to enter the new number.
5. Tap Save.
6. Restart the iPhone.
