Once again I’m in Spain and my virgin mobile is not working. I cannot make calls or receive text. I made sure roaming was on and barring international calls was off before I left. What is the problem with virgin mobile abroad? Please help. Please don’t just direct me to a help page which does not help.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the mobile roaming not working.
If you’re using an Android phone, please can you do the following: Selects Apps from your home screen > Virgin SIM toolkit > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. Once this has been done you might need to reboot. Let us know if this works for you.
If you’re using an iPhone, please can you do the following: Settings > Phone > SIM Applications > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. If you’re using a newer iOS, then you it will be under Mobile Data instead of phone. Once this has been done you might need to reboot. Let us know if this works for you
