I am unable to log into my mobile account. I’ve reset my password the page seems to refresh every time I click sign in. I’ve tried several devices and browsers. It has always worked in the past. I am trying to get an upgrade. It’s very frustrating.
Thanks for you reply. I did get on eventually but as I placed my order something went wrong, I received a message saying someone would call to complete the order and to ring if I needed anymore info. Unfortunately I was unable to get through, so I’m waiting for VM to call me
