No WiFi drops out. On video calls they don’t connect or connect but blank screen no sound. On normal calls doesn’t connect have to try several times. This has been happening since renewed & upgraded to new iPhone 12 in January.

Can I ask if this is just on the mobile network? Also is face time fully activated?
If you haven't already can I ask you to try resetting your network settings?

Its home broadband problems to tried resetting almost on daily basis still problems. the problems with iPhone don’t just happen at home. Yes face time fully activated
