Hi everyone.
I am having a bit of trouble. A few years ago I got a virgin mobile sim contract (on virgin) and a handset that I pay monthly for.
virgin have put me on a new o2 plan which works better for me but on my virgin mobile account I can’t see details of the handset payments and how long I have left to pay.
any help would be grateful.
