Mobile doesn’t work

Changed to VM earlier this year, no issues. Last Saturday when calling my mum was told “you are dialling an incorrect number” I’m not. Also the calls I’ve tried to make to my mum have her number listed as +34 and Belgium. She lives in England. This is a known error, what is the solution? Tried reading threads but they are full of ppl with the same issue or then DMing so I can’t see resolution.

You will have to apply this

  • Select Settings from the Home Screen
  • Select Mobile Data
  • Select SIM Applications
  • Select Roaming
  • Select Select Mode
  • Select Manual
  • Select National

Also make sure that dial assist is off

There is no other 'fix' or likely to be
