Mobile disconnection

My mobile signal is very bad which make it impossible for me to keep in contact with my clients. The network always says choose network disconnected or no network available or there is no signal. This is getting worse each day, only yesterday I was meant to be on a business call and lost out due to no connection. How can I get virgin mobile issue resolve resolved? I had to give up another that works perfectly, but with the same network connection issue. I am very frustrated customer who only has one phone to working with.

I am sorry to hear this, has this started happening recently? Have you swapped sims or handsets? We cannot guarantee service inside buildings.

If this is a long term problem in one or 2 locations then it will be down to reception problems. As Virgin don't actually run the radio side of things then they are very limited in what they can do.
