I have checked our systems and cannot see any obvious reason as to why you are having issues using your mobile data 🤔 Just to confirm, is this handset from us? If not, have you been able to check you have the APN settings correctly set up on the handset? You can find information here on how to set this up on specifically on the handset you have.
