I can't access mobile data in the UK on my 4G Blackberry Priv but I can abroad.

Phoning virgin they just said they no longer support 3G but I'm on 4G (d'oh)

Any thoughts?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile data, whats happening, when you try to access your mobile data, are you getting any error messages?

Have you tried to turn your device off, remove the sim card and then put the sim back in and reboot the handset?

Usual customer services. If they don't know the answer make something up. 

Virgin runs on O2 and they have not given a date for closure of 3G so it works OK

Make sure your APN settings are correct

Manually configuring the APN as per Enlli's post did the trick
