Mobile data

I cannot get my data to work on 4g or 5g I just get no connection, so have to drop down to 3g and that works, is there anything I can do to change this as it says 4g is good in my area.

So that I can assist you further, are you able to let me know a local shop postcode so I can check the masts in the area?

Thank you for coming back to me. 

 

I have checked the masts in the area, the one closest to the post code has had recent work completed in it and there is 1 that is completely dead but there are around 10 in the area that are working perfectly. 

 

Are you able to preform a manual network search for me?

Try texting 'ALL' to 789922 this should download the APN settings
