Mobile data paused by virgin

I have rollover data and my app shows me that I have 382 GB data left but . I kept getting messages like "you are using more mobile data than usual" and next day inspite of over 3 gb data, virgin STOPPED me from using mobile data altogether. 

I really need my data. Not sure why are they being like this

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your mobile data, we know the inconvenience this can cause especially when you have been advised we are stopping you from using it. 

 

As it been a short while since you last posted, has anything changed with the data? Has it now updated and you're back up and running or do you still have the same issue?
