Mobile data not working

I have a Samsung S20 and my mobile data has all of a sudden stopped working. I've gone through all troubleshooting methods I've found online including restart, reset network settings, toggle plane mode on/off, changing down to 2g/3g, nothing seems to work. When I go onto my virgin media account on the app, there are no error messages and I have over 95gb left on my plan. Can someone help please.
