My mobile data doesn't work abroad. I checked, all roaming settings are switched on, both on the phone and on the account too. Can someone please help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your mobile whilst abroad.
What kind of handset are you using? Apple or Android?
If you’re using an Android phone, please can you do the following:
Selects Apps from your home screen > Virgin SIM toolkit > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International.
(Once this has been done you might need to reboot.)
If you’re using an iPhone, please can you do the following:
Settings > Phone > SIM Applications > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. If you’re using a newer iOS, then you it will be under Mobile Data instead of phone. (Once this has been done you might need to reboot.)

Hi Rita! Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.
If you could also please let us know:
-Are you having any issues with your calls & texts? Or is this just Mobile data?
-What specific happens when you try to access a web page or app using Mobile data?
-Are you getting an error message(s)? If so, what are they?
-Are you seeing a Mobile data connection at the top of the handset?
-Did you turn on the roaming setting before going aboard or were they already active?
-Have you been able to successfully use the services aboard previously?

Hi Molly,
I get error messages saying 'no connection' or 'no internet' when I try to open my emails or any website.
I can see mobile data being active and also roaming switched on in the setting. And roaming is also active on my Virgin mobile account.
I was already active before this trip and l used it abroad without any issues.
