My mobile doesn't work on my android (Spark X Wiley Fox) since Virgin Media sent me a replacement SIM recently. I have text ALL to 789922 (twice) - got no reply. I found some APN settings on these pages and updated them manually - still nothing. Can't get through to Virgin. Anyone help?

I'm very sorry to hear about this. When you received the new was it already active or do you know if you needed to activate it? (if the old sim was still active then the new one would have needed to be activated)
