Mobile data in spain not working

I have no mobile data working. It worked on the first day, but has stopped. We have used Google maps etc, but now no connection. Can't send a text to VM for assistance etc, and although connected to hotel WiFi still cannot make calls. Help!

Mobile data not working in Spain -it has twice connected to movistar and dropped out after 5m -i have tried to manually select mobile networks there are 4 avalible but the phone will not connect to any of them the message is cannot connect try again later -roaming is activated and the phone has been switched on and off 4 times ...any ideas

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your service aboard. 

Can you confirm if you have been able to try a manual network search?

Also is this happening in multiple locations?
