Have you been able to reboot your mobile device to see if this helps resolve the problem?

I have tried turning my phone and data off and on again and it doesn’t work, just seems to sort itself out after about 30 mins or so but very frustrating not being able to really use my phone after a phone call
Thank you for running those checks and for coming back to us. Have you tried taking your SIM card out and putting it into another handset to see if the same thing happens?

Hi, have had the new sim in now for a couple of weeks. Issue has not improved, says I have 4g in the top right corner of my screen but nothing will work. This now happens in most of my local area so thinking it’s an issue getting signal here? Used to be fine but has been like this for a few months now. Area postcode is BS23 and BS22
Sorry to hear the new SIM card hasn't resolved the issues, do you experience this everywhere else? It may be a local mast issue but from looking at the area nothing is reported at this time.
