Mobile change of plan

Hi, how difficult is it to speak or text to a human being. I’ve had a letter about my current mobile plan which I haven’t changed for nearly 3 years. I would like to change my plan but trying to get through to anyone is a joke!

It is a joke, I got the email and tried to do it online (failed), via the app (failed) by text (failed)

In the end I just hung on until I got answered, only to be told the £9 plan doesn't include 0800 numbers.

That was it for me, ordered a new SIM fro Sky.

I’ve been waiting for Melinde to finish her hours lunch since half 11. This is all a joke. Total stupidity for a big company. I want to speak to Richard Branson!
