Mobile cancellation

Hello everyone,

I have in the last month or so cancelled two mobile accounts and transferred the numbers to a new supplier, but it seems I am being billed the normal monthly amounts for these closed accounts. The numbers are active on the new supplier and do not show in the virgin account page.

I will provide account details and so on in a pm when someone responds.

Some assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
