So this has happened today, have you definitely checked the app to see if partner controls are off?
Also, have you got a new phone recently?
Could you also let me know if your phone is iPhone or Android and are they updated to the latest IOS?
I also have some tips on this
- Correct the Date & Time on Your Device.
- Clear Browsing Data on Google Chrome if you are using this
- Reset Your Network Settings.
- Deactivate Your Antivirus App.
- Update Your App/Browser.
- Visit Website in an Incognito/Private Mode.
- Reset Your Device.
- Delete the app and reinstall it if using the app
