Sorry to hear you have had additional charges to your Landline number. Just to confirm, have you checked your bill break down here virg.in/myVM to see what may have caused this bill? Also, have you been billed for the charge already?

This is the first time I got charged I want to know when this call was placed and why it was charged? Is it not included in the plan?
