Mobile account

Hi 

I’ve tried to register to mobile account but it keeps asking for a security answer to a question I’ve never answered I’ve never set up for a mobile account as my sim only contract is currently under under a family member name & debt comes out of their bank, but my account isn’t showing up on theirs either. Just wondering if I could get some help as I want to upgrade my phone.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry you're having problems setting up your online account due to the security question.

 

If the account is in a family member's name, then they would have set up the security answer. I would recommend asking them, and if they don't know it then they can get in touch and we can help. 

 

I would need to speak with the account holder to be able to run through the details, so if they can message, let me know 🙂
