Mobile account

I have a Virgin Mobile and seem to have the same issue as a few others on here in that I'm unable to access my online account.  

I enter my user name and password and get a green tick against each and am then presented with an "I am not a robot" reCaptcha box.  On ticking this it just re-presents the box over and over (sometimes I get a set of squares to identify cars or traffic lights) but I can not get past this screen and into my account.

HI glosbilly, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the logging in with the online account, can you confirm if the same issue is happening on multiple browsers? ^Chris

Hi Chris,

I tried several different ways to log on and had the same problem, so I left it overnight. Today no issues logged straight on and no stupid " I am not a robot picture identification".  and bought a new phone. Thanks for getting back to me.
