Mobile account

Hi there , can anybody help me, im having trouble signing into mobile account but cant put in email and password and nothing !! Captcha verifies but still nothing ! is anyone else having this issue ?

Hi Nat , there’s no error message ! I put my password and email in then I verify with captcha, then nothing when I try to log in ! The page refreshes and nothing changes it wants me to verify with the Captcha again !?!? Very strange !

Hi Nat , sorry should have said tried on google , edge and opera plus tried phone with bing but same thing just won’t let me access the account it’s seems it’s stuck in a loop !!

Thanks for coming back to us and I'm sorry to see you've been struggling with setting up your self-care account

 

We are aware that there is an issue with the CAPTCHA feature of registering for a self-care account currently, we're working on this and I'd advise you to keen trying to register, possibly daily to see when this can be pushed through

 

Is there anything we can do to help you - i.e. Do you need anything from the self-care account to assist you with immediate effect?

Im just wanting access to my account but still cant as my contract is up soon and i was trying to see any upgrades or deals !

I am having the same trouble.  When I try to log in it does not recognise my email address or password.

Welcome to the community! Thank you for posting and letting us know. Sorry to see that you too have been facing difficulty with accessing your account.

 

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in the web browser you're using and try signing in again?

 

If you could also try resetting your password using the 'forgotten my password' section if clearing your cache and cookies doesn't work.
