Mobile account registering

Hi. I received a sim as part of my upgrade package. I've put the sim into the phone. Im having issues registering the mobile account. I put the number in and press continue. It comes up with a security question. I've put in the answer I have with my virgin media account and it doesn't recognise it. Can anyone help? Thanks

I'm sorry you're having problems registering for your online account due to the security answer not matching.
