Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Online Account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you and I really apologise for the delay!

If you're still having trouble with your Online Account, can I ask if you've ever been able to log in to this?

Have you tried re-registering since posting? Sometimes this can help resolve issues such as this. 

If you're receiving an error message, can you tell me what it says please?
