Noticed I can no longer send texts or make phone calls, went to check vergin mobile- couldn't log in. Tried resetting my password, but it seems the number is no longer on your system? Pretty ridiculous, as I have changed nothing and been with the same company and sim for around a year now.

No Internet connection, "error 0" when I try text and I get voice message when I try calling others saying something along the lines of "calls to this number aren't currently being connected". This is to any number I call, so its my simple that's the issue.

I am very sorry to hear you're having some issues with your mobile services lately. Can you confirm if you're on a Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly package with us?

I pay monthly, think its attached to my WiFi, was an oomph pretty sure.
