Today I have had a voicemail which I have been unable to listen to. When I type in my pin there is a pause for 10-15 seconds and then tells me "thanks for calling Virgin Mobile. Good bye".
I reported this to 150 and they told me my voicemail had been reset and that I should turn my phone on and off. 48 hours later I have exactly the same problem and now when I try and phone 150, I can't get through to speak to someone as that option seems to have gone.
