Mobile Voicemail Not Working

Today I have had a voicemail which I have been unable to listen to. When I type in my pin there is a pause for 10-15 seconds and then tells me "thanks for calling Virgin Mobile. Good bye".

I reported this to 150 and they told me my voicemail had been reset and that I should turn my phone on and off. 48 hours later I have exactly the same problem and now when I try and phone 150, I can't get through to speak to someone as that option seems to have gone.

Help please !!

Just to confirm I reported this problem last Thursday and not today.

But today the problem remains and when I tried to phone 150, I couldn't get through to speak to someone, that option had gone.

Also, I don't have a new SIM, when apparently you need to reset the voicemail.

Sorry to hear about your mobile voicemail not working as expected ianw22. I've had a look at your details and can see that an agent has reset the Voicemail details for you since you last posted.

 

Are you still experiencing issues with it? If so, please tell us more so we can help.
