Hi,

I upgraded my phone bundle, which included a new phone and more data, and I’ve got my new phone but wanted to know when my new data limit kicks in. Is it from my next refresh? I’ve got the documents to prove I ordered 100GB but just want to know when I get it and, also, when I start paying for it. Is my existing Direct Debit altered upon my next billing date?
