I was sold a handset on Saturday and was told I'd receive an email to sign a contract. No email was received. I have been going around and around on your live chat, being passed from team to team. Please advise.

Please please please take my advice. Cancel it all and go to another company.
I signed up 3 weeks ago for a new contract and I've had nothing but problems.
I'm 3 weeks in to my contract and I'm trapped, Virgin aren't contactable, they aren't helping at all, and I am stuck. I've been called a liar, fobbed off and hung up on more times than I can count.
Waiting for the Ofcom certified independent adjudication service to investigate now.
